CONDITION IS THAT TENANTS AGREE TO TREAT THEIR PETS FOR FLEAS AND TICKS REGULARLY AND THAT THEY DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED OUTSIDE DUE TO THE YARD BEING A SHARED SPACE.
