DEPOSIT COVERS ANY DAMAGES AND HELPS ME WITH ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. CONDITION IS THAT TENANTS AGREE TO TREAT THEIR PETS FOR FLEAS AND TICKS REGULARLY AND THAT THEY DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED OUTSIDE DUE TO THE YARD BEING A SHARED SPACE. DOGS MUST ALSO BE CRATE TRAINED. DOGS THAT BARK CONSTANTLY OR HAVE HIGH ANXIETY OR SEPARATION ISSUES ARE NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THIS HOME.

RENTERS INSURANCE - LONG TERM TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY RENTERS INSURANCE. THIS IS VERY AFFORDABLE PEACE OF MIND FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO COVER LOSSES / DAMAGES THAT WOULDN’T BE COVERED UNDER THE HOMEOWNERS POLICY.
